Launched in 2019, Cliff’s Crew is a mentorship and enrichment program for minority youth in Seattle, designed to provide cultural experiences, career exposure, and personal development opportunities. Cliff takes a very hands-on approach, guiding participants through experiences that combine mentorship, leadership, and community service. The program emphasizes mental wellness, financial literacy, and preparation for college or trade school, equipping youth with the tools they need to succeed both personally and professionally.

Each year, Cliff’s Crew travels to cities across the country—such as Memphis, Chicago, Washington, D.C., and most recently, Nashville—for immersive tours that highlight Black history, civic leadership, and pathways to higher education.

Through these experiences, Cliff’s Crew continues to empower young men by exposing them to new environments, inspiring role models, and real-world opportunities, helping them envision bright futures while building leadership skills and confidence along the way.
